We understand this is a very concerning time so feel it is important to advise of the steps we are taking to promote the safety and well-being of our staff and clients alike.
We are following the statement issued by the Department of Health & Social Care on 13thMarch 2020 (COVID-19: Guidance on Home Care Provision) and are adhering to all further updates from them.
At present, as a high priority service, we will continue to operate to our normal timetable.
We are in a fortunate position where our staff are all trained extensively in infection control. In addition, we use high quality Personal Protective Equipment that meets all required standards (face masks, visors, gloves, aprons, shoe covers etc.), staff also have supplies of; hand sanitiser, liquid hand wash and disposable hand towels to complement our existing procedures.

We have contingency plans for any foreseeable risks. If the need arises for us to implement plans, we will contact clients / their representatives without delay to discuss.
